% 29.03.2016 Today in Court, learned standing counsel for respondents has handed over a copy of the communication received by him from FRRO, Delhi, which is taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid communication reveals that subsequent to filing of present writ petition, petitioner has filed an application for Visa Conversion and Visa Extension with the FRRO, Indore who has forwarded the same to Ministry of Homes Affairs, New Delhi. Since the petitioner‟s application is pending consideration before the concerned authority, present writ petition and application are disposed of as infructuous.
