% 01.04.2019 CM APPL No.14977/2019 By this application the applicant seeks directions in application No.12696/2009 (under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC) for impleadment of Satish Mehra as appellant, being the co-owner. It is stated such application was taken up on 10.08.2015 whereby the counsel for the appellant - Mr.Pawan Mehra stated the appellant had no objection for impleadment of this applicant as co-appellant. It was also directed the application would be taken up with the appeal but inadvertently the appeal was disposed of without dealing with the application. Issue notice of this application to non-applicants through all modes returnable on 07.08.2019.
