No one appears for the appellant. This appeal is on the Regular Board of this Court since 3.7.2018. It is 12:50 p.m. 2.

The last order dated 30.6.2015 records that since the appellant has failed to comply with the order of furnishing security in the form of a bank guarantee for the balance 50% of the decretal amount, consequently the order of stay of execution of the stay of decree was vacated. Respondent has already received 50% of the decretal amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

The appeal is therefore dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. 4.

Let no application for restoration or recall of this order be entertained unless costs of Rs.15,000/- are first deposited with the website www.bharatkeveer.gov.in.
