1. The present writ petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 13.10.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in O.A. No. 1430/2015.

Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has rejected the O.A. filed by the petitioner by observing that it does not have necessary jurisdiction to entertain petitions filed against the 'IAF Education and Cultural Society'.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioner will be taking appropriate steps to approach the competent forum in accordance with law.
