% 19.09.2016 C.M.No.33875/2016 Learned counsel for the respondent-DDA assures and undertakes to this Court that the cost of Rs.25,000/- shall be paid in favour of the petitioner within a period of one week, if not already paid. However, in the event the said amount is not paid within the stipulated period, the same shall be paid from the salary of the officials who had been remiss in making the payment in accordance with the Court's direction.
