After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that conveyance deed executed in favour of the respondents with respect to the suit property bearing no.A-29, Ashok Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi 110052 is final by further noting that respondents/plaintiffs have also transferred the suit property to a third party buyer. It is also agreed that any claim which the appellant/defendant had in the suit property whether monetary or otherwise will stand settled and satisfied and no claim of the appellant will remain against the respondents with respect to the suit property of which respondents and now their successor-in-interest will be

treated as the exclusive and the absolute owner. It is also agreed that if any coercive steps or any prosecution has been lodged by the appellant as against the respondents for any stated misuser of the aforesaid suit property, such prosecution will not be pursued by the appellant/defendant and such prosecution will be brought to an end. Needful in this regard be done by the appellant as expeditiously as possible and under no circumstances beyond a period of three months from today.
