% 20.01.2016 This petition has been filed with regard to the age limits prescribed for recruitment of A-Grade Staff Nurses. It is contended that different age limits have been prescribed by the said authorities at different times. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 (Government of NCT of Delhi) states that the age limit for recruitments in the general category is 18-25 years.

Similarly, the corporations, being respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4, state that the age limit which they are following is 18-27 years for regular appointments and 18-25 years for contractual appointments. All these age requirements are for direct recruitments. In view of this statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
