% 01.04.2016 Learned counsels for the parties have handed over the copy of the order dated 28th March, 2016 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP(C) 34618/2015 whereby the Supreme Court has recorded the undertaking of the respondents to determine the value of the wagons without prejudice to the rights and contentions.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that they shall comply with the Supreme Court order dated 28th March, 2016 within six weeks. Let the same be communicated to the petitioner within ten days of the determination.

The petition and the pending application are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after the decision of the SLP, if the occasion so arises.
