Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed and the decretal amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest be released to the respondent in full and final satisfaction of the claims of the respondent

against the appellant which are subject matter of the present litigation. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
