% 15.11.2018 In view of the order passed by us in W.P.(C) 8704/2017, 637/2018, 644/2018 & 9461/2018, the petition is dismissed. In case the respondent No.1 Dr. Ashok Kumar has continued to serve even after attaining the age of 60 years and is presently serving the NDMC, the petitioner-NDMC is directed to make payment of arrears of salary and allowances to the respondent No.1-Dr. Ashok Kumar Garg within four weeks from today and to continue to make payment of his salary and other allowances in future till the respondent superannuates at the age of 65 years.
