This Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator as per clause 9 of the work Order dated 28.12.2021 and clause No.6 of the Work Order dated 14.11.2022 to adjudicate on the disputes which have arisen between the parties in respect of work awarded to the Petitioner by the Prayagraj Development Authority.

Since the entire cause of action has arisen outside Delhi, the seat of Arbitration will not be in Delhi. When this Court suggested learned Counsel for the Petitioner that it would be appropriate for the Petitioner to withdraw the present Petition and approach the competent Court having jurisdiction for appointment of Arbitrator, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
