From the perusal of the record, it is clear that on 20.12.2023, the bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by the learned Sessions Court. Thereafter, the petitioner approached this Court and on 29.04.2024, the bail application filed by the petitioner was withdrawn with liberty to file the same at an appropriate stage. 2.
Mr. Sehdev, learned counsel for the petitioner states that now the charges have been framed and therefore, the petitioner is entitled to move another bail application before the learned Sessions Court. 3.
For the said reasons, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same before the concerned Sessions Court which shall be decided in accordance with law.
