This is a contempt petition moved by the petitioner seeking action against the respondent No.3, who is the real brother of the petitioner for the alleged wilful disobedience of the directions of this Court contained in the order dated 10.10.2022, passed in W.P.(C) No. 3012/2022.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests permission to withdraw the present contempt petition without prejudice.
