% 14.03.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the petitioners have not made any representation to the respondent nos. 4 & 5. He seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition and to file an appropriate representation to respondent nos. 4 & 5 within two weeks. He however, prays that respondents be directed to decide his representation expeditiously. It is accordingly directed that in case, the petitioner makes a representation to the aforesaid respondents within a period of two weeks, the same shall be considered on its own merit by the respondents by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks.

Needless to say that, in case, the petitioners are still aggrieved by the decision of respondent nos. 4 & 5, it will be open to them to take legal recourse permissible under law.

The writ petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid direction.
