% 27.04.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the learned Arbitrator has already entered upon reference and the arbitration proceedings are in progress. They agreed that the present petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the learned Arbitrator. Ordered accordingly.

The petitioner to file the copies of pleadings before the Arbitrator within two weeks.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if the interim order as passed on 11th February, 2015 shall continue till the same is modified or vacated by the Arbitrator. Ordered accordingly.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
