After some arguments, this writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that the petitioner, if she has any dues remain to be paid from the respondent no.1 in accordance with law, then petitioner will bring this aspect by a written communication to the notice of the respondent no.1 within two weeks from today and respondent no.1 will give a considered and speaking reply as to what were the dues which were payable to the petitioner W.P.(C) No.8298/2009

and how the same have been paid within a period of two weeks thereafter. If any dues remain to be paid, then, respondent no.1 shall clear the dues in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is also agreed that petitioner will not be subjected to any disability only because this writ petition was pending in this Court. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that petitioner will be treated equally as an employee of a similarly placed person in a government school as per Section 10 of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973.
