This application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking disposal of the suit in view of the fact that the plaintiff's application for independent process (IRP) has been entertained by the Adjudicatory Authority and the IRP has been disposed of by order dated 05.11.2024. 2.
It is stated that the plaintiff has proposed adding a disclaimer along with the advertisement and the content of the disclaimer have been accepted by the defendant. It is stated that in these facts there is no further issue surviving for consideration between the parties in these proceedings and it is prayed that the present suit be disposed of in terms of the said resolution. 3.

any further disputes arise in relation to the plaintiff's advertisement which is the subject matter of the order dated 05.11.2024. 4.
Issue notice. Learned counsel for defendant accepts notice. She states that defendant has no objection to this application. She has handed over a copy of the order dated 05.11.2024. Defendant is directed to have the said order placed on record within one (1) week.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the parties, the application is allowed and the suit is disposed of. Pending applications stand disposed of. 6.
Needless to state in case fresh disputes arise between the parties qua the subject advertisement, plaintiff will be at liberty to avail its remedies in accordance with law.
