% 12.03.2015 Mr Sanjay Jain, the learned ASG, states on instructions that the Jamkhani coal mine, which is the subject matter of this petition, shall be withdrawn from the auction without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. As a result of this, the present petition, as it stands today, has become infructuous and it stands disposed of as such.
