Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Sameer Vashisht, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

It has been informed that in response to the application made by the appellant seeking certain information, certain documents have been provided. 3.
Learned counsel for the appellant however states that all the documents demanded by the appellant have not been provided. If that is so, the appellant can invoke the remedy of appeal under the Delhi Right to Information Act, 2001.

It is also submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the photocopy of the documents provided is not legible. In that eventuality, we permit the appellant to move an appropriate application seeking inspection of the documents.

Mr. Vashisht has stated that if any such application seeking inspection of documents is moved, the appellant shall be permitted to inspect said documents.
