This is a petition filed under Section 29A(5) read with Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 1 year. 2.

It is stated that the arbitral record is very voluminous and hence, the delay.

Ms.

Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent has obtained instructions and has no objection to the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal being extended.

For the reasons noted above, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown to me.

The petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended till 30.09.2025 to make and publish the Award.
