Mr. Kaushal Jeet Kait, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff/applicant submits that parties are exploring the possibility of settlement and in view thereof, plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit unconditionally.

Leaned counsels appearing on behalf of the defendants as noted above submit that since unconditional withdrawal of the suit is being sought by the plaintiff/applicant, they have no objection. 4.
