1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not receiving any instructions from the appellant.

2. The record shows that on 30.09.2024, the appellant was granted liberty to file additional document. The same were not filed and therefore, the matter was at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant adjourned for today when again the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no instructions.

3. In these circumstances, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal, which is, accordingly, dismissed for non prosecution and non compliance of order dated 30.09.2024.
