Present public interest petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the Respondents to remove the blockade at National Highway44 at Singhu Border, which connects the State of Haryana with the National Capital of Delhi.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner has not made any representation to the respondents before approaching this Court. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners would be satisfied if the present writ petition is directed to be treated as a representation to the Commissioner of Police, Delhi. this Court finds that the Commissioner of Delhi Police has not been arrayed as a Respondent in the present case.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to file a representation with the Commissioner of Police, Delhi within a week.

In the event such a representation is filed, the Commissioner of Police or an authorized representative on his behalf shall dispose of the Petitioners' representation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
