The present Application, under Section 9 (2) & (3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("Act"), seeks extension of the attachment of the Respondent's bank accounts, as directed vide Order dated 21.11.2025, for a further period of three (3) months with effect from 20.02.2026, being the date on which the existing period of ninety

(90) days is due to expire.

Learned counsel for the Non-Applicant/Respondent, at the outset, submits that certain difficulties are being experienced by the Respondent, as by the said Order, all the bank accounts of the Respondent were attached. And whereas, one of the bank accounts enumerated in the list by itself, would be sufficient to satisfy the rigors of the directions passed by the learned Predecessor Bench. 5.

For the reasons as mentioned in the application, this Court is of the view that the Order dated 21.11.2025 is extended for a further period of 90 days w.e.f. 20.02.2026.

The submission of the learned counsel of the Respondent is recorded, and accordingly, any reliefs in respect of the same may be preferred by the concerned party before the learned Arbitrator after he enters into the reference and accords his/her consideration to the said aspect.

With the directions as aforesaid, the present application is disposed of.
