The present Petition, under Section 11(6)(a) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed seeking the appointment of a sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes inter se the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter stands settled between them in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.01.2026 ["Settlement Agreement"]. A copy of the Settlement Agreement is handed over across the bar and which is to be taken on record.

In view thereof, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the present Petition in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4.

Acceding to the request of the parties, the present Petition is dismissed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.

The Registry is directed to take the Settlement Agreement on record.
