% 21.03.2017 Petitioner alongwith two sureties namely Smt. Isha Kapoor and M/s Nevi Enterprises through its authorized representative Mr. Vivek Arora are present.

Administration bond of the petitioner is on record. The surety no.1, Smt. Isha Kapoor furnished the gift deed and two sale deeds as security. The same are Ex.PW-2/A and Ex. PW-2/B and PW-2/C respectively. The valuation of the said properties is about Rs. 2.07 crores. Surety no. 2, M/s Nevi Enterprise through its AR Mr. Vivek Arora furnished the attested copy of balance sheet as well as profit and loss account of company for the year ending 31.03.2016 as security. The same is Ex. PW-3/A (colly). The net worth of the company is Rs. 6.34 crores. TEST CAS. 14/2015 1/2

Statements of the petitioner and sureties are recorded separately. The securities furnished by sureties are hereby accepted. The original gift deed and two sale deeds are returned after making the endorsements.

Registry is directed to send the intimation to concerned sub-registrar office informing that surety no.1 has furnished gift deed, Ex. PW-2/A and two sale deeds, Ex. PW-2/B and Ex. PW-2/C in the present case as security and further directed not to register/create any sale/transfer/alienation in respect of the said properties till further orders from this Court and an entry to this effect be duly recorded in their records. Registry is also directed to send intimation to Registrar of companies informing that AR of M/s Nevi Enterprises namely Mr. Vivek Arora has stood as surety in the present case. Administration Bond furnished by the petitioner is hereby accepted. Registry is directed to issue Letter of Administration to the petitioner in terms of order dated 20.10.2016.
