In compliance with the judgment passed by this Court on 16th October, 2025, a compliance report has been filed on behalf of the SHO, Rani Bagh.

It has been stated in the compliance report that no cognizable offence is found to be made out against the petitioner. 3.
Counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the compliance report filed on behalf of the SHO, Rani Bagh does not deal with the aspect of the fake Aadhar Card used by the petitioner to file the present petition. The report is also silent on the aspect whether the petitioner was acting in W.P.(C) 13766/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
