The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition. 2.
It is submitted that it has come to the knowledge of the petitioner that Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") has already initiated action against the property in question. Therefore, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter any further.

This Court notes that the present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to take against the unauthorized construction, being carried out by respondent no.2, at the property bearing No. S-87-88, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. This Court further notes that a Status Report dated 20th September, 2025, has been filed on behalf of the MCD, wherein, it is stated that the Demolition Order against the property in question has already been passed on 15th September, 2025.

Accordingly, the MCD, along with Station House Officer ("SHO"), Police Station Uttam Nagar, are directed to ensure that requisite action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property is taken. 6.
If any party is aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, they shall have liberty to seek their remedies in accordance with law. 7.
Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of.
