By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to release the petitioner on furnishing personal bond or cash surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- without surety.

Issue notice. The learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State. 5.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the competent authority vide order dated 10.07.2025 had declined the request of the petitioner for release on furnishing a cash surety on the ground The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. that he had jumped parole in the year 2013 and was re-arrested in the year 2019 after six years.

This Court, however, takes note of the fact as mentioned in the nominal roll, even after being re-arrested in 2019, the petitioner was released on furnishing a cash surety and he had surrendered in time. Further, his overall conduct in the jail is reported as satisfactory. 7.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the present case, the competent authority is directed to release the petitioner on furnishing a cash surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/-.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 9.
