During the course of hearing, it transpires that the respondents have deposited an amount of Rs.2,47,500/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) in this Court. The said amount, according to the respondents, is the amount that is payable to the petitioner in terms of order dated 10.01.2025.

Considering that the aforesaid amount stands deposited in this Court and disbursal thereof is subject to the orders of this Court, particularly the outcome of CM APPL.61102/2025 in W.P(C) 14175/2024, this Court does not consider it apposite to continue with the contempt proceedings. Accordingly, the Show Cause Notice (SCN) issued to the respondent is discharged.
