Learned Additional Standing Counsel (ASC) appearing for the Respondent No. 1-State submits the prayer for quashing the FIR No.0140/2023 dated 24.05.2023 cannot be accepted in view of the gravity of the offence [registered under Section 287 and 304A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC)] as well as the fact that the compensation amount offer is grossly inadequate.
