This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants from using the mark "GRENA" as a trademark which is identical or deceptively similar to the Plaintiff's mark in any manner whatsoever so as to result in violation of Plaintiff's statutory and common law rights, amongst other reliefs. 2.

Learned counsel for the Plaintiff, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present suit in light of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2026 is handed over in Court and is taken on record.

Accordingly, suit stands disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application.

Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.
