By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking extension of interim bail for a period of 90 days, which was grated to him vide order dated 28.07.2025 passed in Bail Application No. 2686/2025, in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 587/2022, registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar East, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter „IPC‟) & Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959.

the applicant herein had undergone surgey for Stapler Haemorrdectomy on 06.09.2025 and is currently in hospital and is wheel chair bound. It is also stated that the doctor has advised him the surgery for Grade-II Chondromalacia, after his recovery, which is scheduled for 23.09.2025. In support of the same, one medical document with Ref. No. AAA/48/25 dated 06.09.2025, issued by AAA Hospital, Adiyogi Arogya Avenue, Jhajjar is annexed with the present bail application.

The learned APP appearing on behalf of the State does not dispute the medical condition of the applicant, however, he states that the interim bail ought not to be extended for 90 days.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court is inclined to extend interim bail of the applicant herein for a period of 30 days on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 28.07.2025.

In view of the above, the present bail application stands disposed of. 9.
