Petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for initiating contempt proceedings against the Respondent No.1 for willful, deliberate and international disobedience of the Order dated 04.03.2024 passed by learned Trial Court. 2.

After some submissions, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file the appropriate Application before the appropriate Court.

Petition along with pending Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
