% 26.02.2018 Submissions are made on behalf of the petitioner submitting inter alia that one of the co-accused in the instant case was granted interim protection vide order dated 1th March, 2018. Learned APP submits that the case of the co-accused and the petitioner are at minor variance, in as much as a settlement had been arrived at between the complainant and the other co-accused Gulshan Babbar, ex-spouse of the complainant, and that the reasons for the said settlement were also so that complainant was not harassed any further. Without making any observations on the merits or de-merits of the case, in view of the inter alia allegations against the applicant of molestation of the complaint and also of the applicant having made a video viral in relation to allegations of obscenity against the petitioner, it is not considered appropriate to grant bail to the applicant.
The application is rejected.
