By way of this petition under Section 397 Cr.P.C., Petitioner is seeking grant to set aside the impugned order dated 19.11.2011 passed by the Court of CMM, Judge, Family Courts, Rohini Courts, Delhi in petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in complaint case No.160/2010. 2.

Since morning none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite passover.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
