% 29.01.2019 In view of the Office Memorandum, issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Railway (Railway Board) on 16th /17th January, 2019, making provision for reservation in various categories in accordance to the statutory requirement as contemplated under Section 34 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, now all the grievances of the petitioner stand satisfied. The respondent should now proceed to make recruitment in accordance to the Office Memorandum dated 16th /17th January, 2019 and instructions in this regard issued from time to time by the Competent Authority.
The writ petition stands disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of accordingly.
