% 01.02.2017 The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has today handed over a cheque for a sum of `5,58,092/- (which is computed by deducting TDS from the sum of ` 6,20,101.95).

It is seen that the amount involved in this petition is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court and accordingly, the petition is required to be transferred to the District Court.

In view of this, let the matter be transferred to the Court of the Learned District & Sessions Judge, (South East District), Saket Courts, Delhi.
