% 04.04.2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole and challenges the communication dated 25th January, 2018 whereby his application for grant of parole on the ground to search a suitable match for his sister and to maintain social ties with family members and society has been rejected. A Status Report has been handed over in Court, which is taken on record. As per the Status Report, the factum of the petitioner's family residing at the given address has been verified. Family of the petitioner comprises of his mother, his wife and two children and an unmarried sister aged 36 years. Father and elder brother of the petitioner have since passed away.

Since the petitioner has roots in the society and he was earlier granted parole by this Court and the Government of NCT of Delhi in the year 2016 and 2017 as well when he did not misuse the concession, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.
It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.
A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
