O R D E R

% 29.02.2016 The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(a)direct the Respondent No. 1/School to admit the Petitioner under said First List of Selected Candidates for admission to pre-school (Nursery) 2016-2017;

(b)direct the Respondent No. 1 to deter from committing any such acts in future;

(c)direct the Respondent No. 2 to take appropriate action against the Respondent No. 1 for deliberate failure to the provisions of the Various Notifications Delhi School Education Rules, 1973;

(d)allow the present writ petition with costs, in favour of

the petitioners.

(e)pass any such other or further order as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and appropriate; and"

A perusal of the writ petition reveals that the petitioner had forwarded her complaint by way of an e-mail to the Secretary (Education) instead of Director (Education).

Consequently, this Court directs the Director (Education) to decide the petitioner's e-mail dated 19th February, 2016 as expeditiously as possible after giving an opportunity of hearing to her as well as to the respondent-school.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
