B) set aside the impugned judgment and final order dated 24.05.2025 passed by the Hon'ble ARC-01, Central District, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in RC ARC No.77669 of C) pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present matter;" 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the latter has taken the possession of the subject premise in pursuance of the eviction order dated 24.05.2025 passed by the learned ARC.
