The present application has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 under Sections 151 and 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), for correction in the order sheet dated 10th October, 2025. 2.

It is submitted that when the matter was listed on 10th October, 2025, counsels for respondent no.4 had duly appeared. However, by inadvertent mistake, their appearance had not been recorded. Thus, the present application has been filed.
