The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a) Allow the present petition and initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor /Respondent for willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 27th May, 2025 and passed by this Hon'ble court.

b) Direct imposition of requite fine upon the Respondent for wilful disobedience and defiance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Authority.

c) Direct the civil imprisonment of the Contemnor / Respondent owing to deliberate and intentional non-compliance of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 27th May, 2025 as per the mandate of law.

d) AND/OR Pass any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble court may consider fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondent in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the respondent/CBIC, on advance notice has handed up in Court the communication dated 02.09.2025 issued to the petitioner wherein it has been informed to the latter that rectified GSTR-1 for the month of September, 2022 (F.Y 2022-23) in physical form has been accepted by the department as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court Judgment/Order dated 27.05.2025 (copy attached) passed in W.P.(C) 4624/2025.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition.
