Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has handed over a copy of the Notification dated 13th May, 2019, issued by the High Court of Delhi, New Delhi, which reads as under: - "Hon‟ble the Chief Justice and Hon‟ble Judges of this Court vide resolution adopted in Full Court of this Court have been pleased to accept the recommendation dated 27.02.2019 of the Judicial Education and Training Programme Committee to the effect that the Delhi Judicial Academy functions under direct administrative
and financial control and is a part of High Court of Delhi and henceforth, all approvals/sanctions shall be taken by the Delhi Judicial Academy from Hon‟ble the Chief Justice through the Chairperson of the Judicial Education and Training programme committee. The bills of the Delhi Judicial Academy be also routed through the Pay & Accounts Office attached to the High Court of Delhi i.e. PAO XXI- instead of PAO XIV. The other incidental matter arising henceforth shall be dealt with according to the relevant rules.
It has been further resolved that the staff of Delhi Judicial Academy recruited directly shall be merged with that of the High Court of Delhi with immediate effect. The nomenclature of the staff of the Delhi Judicial Academy shall be the same as of this Court as per their cadre. However, it is made clear that upon merger, the officials of Delhi Judicial Academy so merged, will be put at lowest rank in the seniority list of their respective categories/ cadre, and their inter-se-seniority shall be the same as with the Delhi Judicial Academy. The officials so merged with the officials of this Court shall furnish an undertaking to the effect that upon their merger in High Court of Delhi, they have no objection to their seniority being fixed at the lowest level of their respective cadre in this Court. The other incidental matters arising from merger shall be dealt with by the Judicial Education and Training Programme Committee in due course."

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that in view of the aforesaid Notification, he does not propose to press this petition any further.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed alongwith the pending application.
