% 23.07.2018 IA No.9488/2018 Learned counsel for respondent No.4/Anand Pershad Jaiswal seeks to withdraw the objections in view of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 19th July, 2018. Allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner shall not be claiming any right in respect of the assets referred to in Schedule I of the said Settlement. Since the objector/respondent No.4 has agreed to withdraw his objections to this petition and since no other relative of the deceased Ladli Pershad Jaiswal has filed any objections, the petition stands allowed qua the other assets which are not a part of Schedule I to the Memorandum of Settlement dated 19th July, 2018. Registry to take steps for the valuation of properties, not a part

of Schedule I to the Memorandum of Settlement dated 19th July, 2018; and also qua furnishing of Administration Bond by the petitioners.

In terms above, the petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
