By way of these applications under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 239/2025, dated 01.08.2025, lodged at Police Station Karawal Nagar, District North-East, Delhi, under Sections 105/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.

After some arguments, Mr. Raghav Saluja, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw these applications. 4.

The applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future applications are left open.
