The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to extend the benefit of extension of license period of seven months for the petitioners' Catering License in respect of Train No. 1200912010 MMCT-ADI Shatabdi Express, in parity with the Static Units, as granted by this Court vide order dated 24th April, 2025 in W.P. (C) 5233/2025.

Ms. Manisha Singh, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ Railways submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the contract has been awarded to another entity. 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
