The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "a) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the decision taken by the SRC, NCTE in its 468th meeting held on 28.07.2025 being beyond the scope of NCTE Act, 1993 and the Regulations frame thereunder and being violative of Article 14 and19(1)(G) of the Constitution of India.; And, b) Issue a writ of mandamus/directions directing to the Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner Application The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. seeking permission for shifting the premises in terms of the NCTE Regulations 2014 in a time bound manner; And," 6.

Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for the purpose of shifting the premises of the institute is pending consideration before the respondent. 7.

He invites attention of the Court to the minutes of 468th meeting of SRC, NCTE to submit that the application has not been considered by the SRC only for the reason that the petitioner has not submitted NOC from the State Government of Andhra Pradesh for shifting of premises. 8.

Mr. Mohinder Rupal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/NCTE on instructions submits that there is no requirement for furnishing of NOC from the State Government in terms of NCTE Regulations, 2014.

He submits that the application of the petitioner will be considered after inspection and decision will be taken within a period of four weeks. The statement is taken on record and the respondent shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for. 11.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 12.
