The present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent no.2/NRC to rectify/update its website by uploading recognition order dated 16.02.2016 whereby petitioner has been granted recognition for 02 units of B.Ed. course with intake of 50 students each. 4.

Mr. Rishabh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that inadvertently the website is showing one unit of B.Ed. instead of approved 02 units.

In view of the above, issue notice.

Mr. Mohinder J.S. Rupal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents/NCTE accepts notice.

On instructions, he submits that necessary rectification will be carried out in the website of respondent no.2/NRC latest by 22.09.2025. 8.

Let needful be done, as undertaken.

Consequently, the respondents/NCTE are also directed to inform affiliating university about the said rectification. 10.

In view of the above statement of Mr. Rupal, Mr. Kumar submits that no further orders are called for.
