The present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR 209/2025 under Sections 20/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at P.S. Crime Branch.

At the outset, counsel for the Applicant states that the relief sought in the present application has now been rendered infructuous as the Applicant was arrested on 8th September, 2024.
